QE Facilities Limited is delighted to present a fully integrated Warehousing and Logistics service from our newly refurbished facility at Spire house, Washington. We are located on the Glover Industrial Estate, Washington next to the A1231 Sunderland Highway providing central access to the A1M or the A19.
Where is Spire House located?
Spire House is located on Glover Industrial Estate lies to the north east of Washington town centre close to the A1231 Sunderland Highway which links the A1M to the A19. The A19 lies approximately 2 miles to the east of the property, the A1M 3 miles to the west and the A194M 2 miles to the north and so provides an economic local solution to meet your needs.

About Spire House
The facility has over thirty seven thousand square feet of storage capacity, with Dexion racking rated to 1Mt at all heights and full security assurance with CCTV, intruder alarms and a 24 hour on site presence.
We offer a range of partnered services from storage only through to a fully managed collection, warehousing and delivery service. Our logistics team will manage and provide regular updates on stock levels as well as a full record of receipt of goods to point of collection or delivery.
Our warehousing/storage charges are based on a standard wooden pallet (48 in × 40 in × 6 in or 122 cm × 102 cm × 15 cm) with a static load bearing capacity of 3 short tons based on 7 days charge.
The conferencing hub consists of two fully equipped board room style meeting rooms with a large self-contained conferencing facility to support face to face or remote meetings. Our QEF @the hub catering facility can also provide a food and drink refreshment service.
